5. Student-Athlete, Parent, and Recruiting Information
Sports Boxx technology may be used in connection with athletic recruiting. Information submitted for recruiting purposes may be intended to help athletes, families, coaches, recruiting professionals, teams, organizations, or collegiate programs participate in recruiting-related activities.
Where Sports Boxx processes student-athlete or parent information on behalf of a customer, we use that information to provide the requested technology and services and as otherwise permitted by applicable agreements and law. Customers using Sports Boxx technology are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, or consents required for their use of athlete or minor information.
Sports Boxx does not guarantee recruiting exposure, college admission, roster placement, athletic participation, scholarship offers, or any other recruiting outcome.
