4. White-Label Customers and Data Roles

Sports Boxx provides technology and business infrastructure that may be branded and operated by independent customers. In some situations, a Sports Boxx customer determines why and how personal information is collected through its branded service, while Sports Boxx processes that information to provide technology or services on the customer's behalf.

5. Student-Athlete, Parent, and Recruiting Information

Sports Boxx technology may be used in connection with athletic recruiting. Information submitted for recruiting purposes may be intended to help athletes, families, coaches, recruiting professionals, teams, organizations, or collegiate programs participate in recruiting-related activities.

Where Sports Boxx processes student-athlete or parent information on behalf of a customer, we use that information to provide the requested technology and services and as otherwise permitted by applicable agreements and law. Customers using Sports Boxx technology are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, or consents required for their use of athlete or minor information.

Sports Boxx does not guarantee recruiting exposure, college admission, roster placement, athletic participation, scholarship offers, or any other recruiting outcome.

6. How We Share Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: vendors that support hosting, software, communications, analytics, payment processing, security, customer support, and other business operations.
• Customers and authorized users: when necessary to provide white-label technology, recruiting functionality, account administration, or services requested by a customer.
